These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.thelockerroom.team and The LockerRoom (TLR) mobile/web applications ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms set forth by The Kid ’N Crew LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Account Types and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use TLR.

Platform Use Guidelines

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the functionality or security of the Services
Scrape or harvest user or platform data without authorization
Use the Services to upload or distribute harmful, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

Payments and Transactions

Certain features of TLR may require payment, which is processed by trusted third-party providers. All transactions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to your purchases.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, logos, and software components of TLR are the property of The Kid ’N Crew LLC or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content

By submitting or uploading content through TLR, you grant The Kid ’N Crew LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of TLR. You affirm that you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kid ’N Crew LLC shall not be liable for:

Data breaches or loss of user data
Service interruptions or technical issues
User-generated content
Actions or conduct of third parties
Network or connectivity failures

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kid ’N Crew LLC, its affiliates, partners, and team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the Services, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Alameda County. You waive your right to class action lawsuits and agree to individual arbitration unless you opt out within 7 days of agreeing to these Terms by emailing support@thekidncrew.com.

Prohibited Use and Confidentiality

You agree not to:

Use the platform to collect competitive intelligence
Scrape or copy data without permission
Reverse-engineer any portion of TLR
Use the Services in any way that breaches these Terms or applicable law

Violation of this clause may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users via the email linked to their account at least 7 days prior to the changes becoming effective. Continued use of TLR after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
